Selling books, bibles, and other delights, this very cozy space is a well-merchandised managerie of shopping potential.
Echo, the shop's creative force, started the book store as a secular and religious book shop, but quickly saw the writing on the wall, and narrowed her merchandise to Christian themed tomes, and gifts that go well within that niche.
Walking in to the space, the peruser is immediately taken by the feeling that someone has invested heart and soul into this locally owned business. The walls are covered with quotes from books, artistically drawn in a seamless way that seems to perfectly compliment the wall hangings and decor.
While the shop is well put together by Echo, her grandparents are the owners, making this a family venture of shared faith. Brian and Alberta Porterfield partnered with their granddaughter to bring this vision to fruition, opening in February 2017.
